Teepee Pardi Events specializes in a variety of themed parties including Teepee sleepovers, Spa Mani/Pedi Parties, Luxe Picnic Parties, Canvas Paint Parties, Movie Nights, and more. We also offer event planning and designing services to create your perfect celebration.

How do I book a party or custom event with Teepee Pardi Events?

Booking is simple! Fill out the "Book Your Experience" form on our homepage and we'll respond within 24-48 hours. A non-refundable retainer fee is required to secure your date, with the balance due one week prior to the event. Avoid rush fees by booking 2-3 weeks in advance.

What is your furniture removal policy for event setup?

Clients are responsible for providing a clear and spacious area for setup, as we do not move furniture.

What If You Need to Cancel/Reschedule A Party?

Rescheduling is possible with at least 7 days' notice. While no refunds are provided for cancellations, you can rebook within 1 year from the original date.

How long does setup and teardown take

Setup duration ranges from 1-2 hours, and teardown takes approximately 45 minutes to an hour, varying by the number of teepees and decor.

Is there a travel fee for Teepee Pardi Events

A $50 fee applies within Allegheny County, with additional charges for locations outside this radius. Please check the distance from Walmart in North Versailles for specifics.

Do WE offer boy-themed teepee parties?

Absolutely! We have boy-friendly themes such as Gamer, Sports, Space, and more.

Are adult teepee parties available?

Yes, our teepees and twin-sized air mattresses can accommodate adults, with custom themes offered for adult sleepovers.

DO WE offer day rentals for teepees?

Day rentals are available for various events like balloon decor, poolside cabana package, picnics, spa parties, tea parties, photo shoots and weddings and more, with charges varying based on services.

What is your policy regarding pets?

Pets should be kept away from teepees to avoid potential allergic reactions or damage to the air mattresses.

Are edible desserts provided by Teepee Pardi Events?

We collaborate with vendors for cakes, cookies, and other treats at an additional cost, but we are not liable for vendor services.

Should guests bring anything to the party?

Guests should bring pajamas, a sleeping pillow, and good vibes. We provide decorative pillows, but not sleeping pillows, for hygiene and allergy reasons.
