Teepee Pardi Events provide Teepee sleepover parties, Mani/Pedi Spa Parties, Luxe Picnic Parties/Dinners, Canvas Paint Parties, Movie Night, Party Stations, Party Favors, Balloons, Custom T-shirts & More. We also provide event planning & event designing services.
How To Book a Party/Customs
Complete the Book Your Experience Form located at the top of home page. We will respond to your request within 24-48hrs by email or phone call. In order to reserve the required date needed, a non-refundable retainer fee of $150 will be due at the time of booking your party. Once your deposit is reserved the date will be secured and planning will begin. Please note that the balance is due 7days (1wk) before your reserved date. All events should be booked 2-3 weeks in advance of your event date to avoid additional rush fees of $100, All retainer fees are subject to change depending on the services requested.
We are not responsible for moving any furniture. A clear & spacious area is needed for setups.
What If You Need to Cancel/Reschedule A Party?
Please notify Teepee Party Events at least 7 days before your reserved party date. No refunds will be issued for cancelling/rescheduling parties. We ask that you reschedule your event date for a later date. You will have 1 year from your cancelled date to reschedule and rebook your party again.
How much time to set-up?
About 1-2 hours for set up depending on the number of teepees and decor requested. Tear down takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Event designing & styling setup & breakdown time depends on the design services requested.
is there a travel fee?
There is a travel fee of $50 for residence of Allegheny County. Any locations outside of the radius of Allegheny County will be charged $25 every additional 15miles. Please use maps to check your miles from Walmart in North Versailles.
do you have Themes for boy parties?
Yes, we love boy teepee sleepovers. We have themes they'll love like Gamer, Sports, Space and more!
Do you service adult teepees parties?
Sure, all of our teepees are sized to accommodate adults or children. Our air mattresses are twin-sized. Adult teepee sleepovers are considered custom themed.
Do you service day rentals?
Yes! You can rent one of our teepees for your photo shoot, wedding or picnic. Charges varies depending on add-on services.
What if I have pets?
We ask that you please keep them off the teepees to prevent an allergic reaction for other guest and puncturing of the air mattresses.
Are Edible desserts provided?
We have vendors that specialize in making cakes, cookies, cupcakes, candy apples, candied popcorn and candied suckers. There is an additional fee for vendor services. We are not responsible for any responsibilities/issues with vendor orders. If you are in need of these services, Please specify your request at the time of completing the booking form.
Should your guest bring anything?
YES, Pajamas, Sleeping Pillow and Good Vibes!
Due to allergies and sanitation reasons we do not provide sleeping pillows at this time. We provide decorative pillows only (not for sleeping purposes).
