💬 Frequently Asked Questions

1. How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–3 weeks in advance to secure your theme and date, especially for weekends and holidays. Earlier is always better!

2. What ages are the sleepovers for?
Ideal for ages 5–16, but all ages are welcome!

3. What’s included in the setup?
Our standard package includes a teepee tent, mattress, fitted sheet, blanket, breakfast tray table, lantern or lamp, themed picture frame, decorative pillows, fairy lights, and fun styling elements.

4. How long does setup take?
Setup usually takes 2–4 hours, and breakdown takes 1–2 hours, depending on how many teepees and decorations are included.

5. How much space is needed?
Each teepee requires 3ft x 6ft. We’ll help plan your layout!

6. Do you travel outside Pittsburgh?

Yes! We service Western PA – including homes, cabins, hotels, and venues.

7. Is there a minimum or maximum number of teepees?Yes. We require a minimum of 3 teepees and can accommodate 12+ with advance notice.​

8. Is everything sanitized?
Absolutely – we follow strict cleaning and laundry protocols.

9. Do you offer custom themes?Absolutely! You can request your child’s favorite colors, characters, or unique ideas—we’ll bring it to life. ​

10. Do you offer add-ons?
Yes! Add balloon garlands, spa kits, robes, candy tables & more.

 

11.How do I book a party?
